QA Testers

Volition, a video game company located in downtown Champaign, is seeking temporary QA Testers to assist in finding bugs on video games for the Xbox360 and PS3.

• Test console games to find bugs and gameplay problems.
• Carefully and thoroughly document all software defects.
• Analyze the balance and flow of the game, providing input when necessary.

• Dedicated, hard-working, and passionate about games.
• Detail-oriented and have excellent note-taking skills.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Computer literate and knowledgeable about MS Word and similar programs.
• Ability to type 35 words a minute or more.
• Communication skills, both written and oral are essential.

• Position is located in Champaign, IL. No relocation benefits or assistance offered.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week and must be available to work overtime when needed.
• Starting pay is $9/hour.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
