Volition, Inc., a video game studio located in Champaign, IL, is seeking Quality Assurance Testers.

Responsibilities

  • Test software for reliability, consistency, absence of product defects and compliance
  • Execute test plans on pre-release versions of software to detect and record product defects
  • Identify and articulate problem areas
  • Ensure that defects are properly documented and reported

Qualifications

Preferred, but not required

  • Knowledge of C#
  • The following programming concepts:
  • Data Structures and Algorithms
  • .NET Architecture
  • Event Based Programming

Other information

  • Hiring for full-time temp positions lasting for 6 months to a 1 year.

  • Must be available to work 40 hours/week, plus OT. Must be over 18 and comfortable with mature-rated subject matter
