Erica Haack

Erica’s interest in HR began at a very early age. While other children “read books” and “played”, Erica would while away the hours researching obscure Illinois labor laws, or administering her parents’ benefit plan.

“Go outside and play!” her mom would say.

“I think you need to increase your withholdings,” Erica would reply grimly. Or maybe not.

Having achieved her lifelong dream of a career in HR, Erica now focuses her attention on other interests, such as traveling, and demolishing people at Guitar Hero.
