Scott Kircher

Scott first came to Volition as a summer intern while still a graduate student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He apparently got attached to the big V, as he came straight back after finishing his Ph.D. in Computer Graphics in May of 2007. He has published graphics papers in the SIGGRAPH and SCA conferences, as well as the TOG and CAGD journals, and still reviews for various publications in his spare time. Nowadays, though, he can mostly be found huddled in a dark room, hammering out rendering code with a sheepish grin on his face (as game programming was the reason he got interested in graphics in the first place).
